Your artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 business days (see business hours). We’re happy to offer free shipping within the Continental USA.

We will ship international, delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. If you’d like more details about shipping to your location, feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@anchorfineart.com — we’re always glad to help. Please provide which art you are interested in buying and your address to determine shipping cost.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If it isn’t the perfect fit, you may return it within 15 days, no questions asked. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To receive a refund, the painting must arrive in its original, undamaged condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition. If your painting is damaged during shipping, please contact us at customerservice@anchorfineart.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the packaging and the painting as you received them. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and take care of you as efficiently as possible.

Please reach out before returning the painting, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
